These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the 3patii platform ("3patii", "we", "us", "our") accessible at https://3patii.cam and any associated sub-domains or applications.

3patii is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. The platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino, slots, table games and related informational content presented in English, with amounts displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience.

These Terms apply to all Users, including those accessing the platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling. 3patii does not represent that use of this platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in their jurisdiction before using this platform. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

In these Terms, the following capitalised terms have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on 3patii, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system).
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an active self-exclusion in place with 3patii or through any applicable responsible gambling scheme.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have had a previous Account closed by 3patii for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purposes of gambling.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 3patii platform. Multiple accounts — whether opened by the same individual, from the same device, or from the same household — are prohibited and may result in suspension, forfeiture of winnings and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3patii does not represent that gambling is lawful for users in Pakistan. Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may prohibit or restrict online gambling. Users in Pakistan access this platform entirely at their own legal risk.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 3patii reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request additional documentation at any stage.

KYC Verification may be required before a User can make their first withdrawal, access certain deposit methods or withdraw amounts above defined thresholds. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Payment method verification documents where applicable.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period stipulated by 3patii may result in restricted access to withdrawals or account suspension. 3patii is not liable for any delays in account access or withdrawals resulting from a User's failure to provide timely and accurate KYC documentation.

All personal data collected during registration and KYC is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All bets placed on 3patii are subject to the following general rules. Market-specific rules and sport-by-sport betting rules are published on the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation message or bet reference from the platform. 3patii reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its absolute discretion, including where there are grounds to believe that the bet may be based on inside information, is part of a fraudulent scheme, or where technical errors have affected displayed odds.

5.2 Odds and Errors. All odds are displayed in the format selected by the User. In the event that odds are displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error, 3patii reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and to settle those bets at the correct odds. Users will be notified where this applies.

5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or postponed; the market is suspended due to a breach of rules; the bet was placed after the event concluded; or applicable rules provide for voiding in the specific circumstances. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (even money), and the stake is returned to the User's Account balance.

5.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including Pakistan cricket (PSL, ICC, T20I) and other live sports. Odds during in-play events change rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed, it stands regardless of subsequent odds movement. 3patii is not responsible for delays in data feeds that may affect displayed in-play odds.

5.5 Settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. 3patii's decision on settlement, following review of applicable rules, is final in the absence of manifest error.

5.6 Maximum Winnings. 3patii imposes per-event and per-day maximum payout limits. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable limits, which are published on the relevant platform sections. Winnings in excess of published limits will not be paid.

Bonus offers and promotional campaigns are made available to eligible Users at 3patii's discretion. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following general bonus terms apply to all promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to registered Users who satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute prohibited conduct under Section 9.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them are withdrawable. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 30x) and eligible markets are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated after satisfying wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to a bonus, winnings above that limit will be forfeited when the withdrawal is processed.
• 3patii reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms or cancel a User's eligibility if there is evidence of abuse, systematic exploitation or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus amounts and promotional figures published on 3patii pages are illustrative unless clearly confirmed in a specific live promotion. Always verify terms before claiming.

7.1 Deposits. Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods available on the platform at the time of deposit. Payment method availability is subject to change and may vary by User location and account status. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other payment providers are included as familiar Pakistani payment context only. 3patii does not represent that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on this platform. Users must verify the availability and terms of any payment method directly with the operator.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. Amounts are displayed in PKR.

7.3 Currency. Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversions, where required, are applied at rates determined by the platform at the time of the transaction.

7.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Users must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal or before withdrawing amounts above applicable thresholds. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit, or to an account in the User's own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

7.5 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and operator. 3patii makes no guaranteed payout-time claims. Processing times stated on the platform are estimates only and are not contractually binding.

7.6 Withdrawal Restrictions. 3patii may delay or decline a withdrawal where: KYC documentation is outstanding; a security review is in progress; a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

7.7 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee, as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied. Accounts are not rendered inactive while a balance or pending transaction exists.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person and must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

You agree to notify 3patii's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. Until such notification is received, all activity on your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — will be treated as authorised by you.

3patii recommends that Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and use a strong, unique password not reused from other services. 3patii will never ask for your full password via email, Live Chat or any other channel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3patii platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent exclusion:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another person to create an Account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or any other account process;
• Using the platform while under the minimum eligible age;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to access, interact with or exploit the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches or misconfigured odds for systematic financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting using Bonus Funds in a manner intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal purpose;
• Abusing the promotions system, including creating duplicate accounts or using false payment details to qualify for offers;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes not arising from a genuine transaction error.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 3patii reserves the right to void all associated bets, confiscate winnings, close the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

10.1 By 3patii. 3patii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: there is a breach of these Terms; an account security risk is identified; fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct is suspected; or applicable regulatory requirements mandate it.

10.2 By the User. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. If your request is for self-exclusion on responsible gambling grounds, please refer to our Responsible Gambling Policy for the appropriate process, which carries additional protections and a cooling-off period.

10.3 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed at the User's request and no breach of Terms has occurred, verified real-money balances (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via a verified payment method. Where an Account is closed due to breach of Terms or fraud, 3patii may withhold all or part of the balance in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

11.1 3patii provides the platform and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults at all times.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patii's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 3patii shall not be liable for: gambling losses sustained by the User; loss of profit, opportunity or anticipated savings; indirect or consequential losses; or losses arising from the User's reliance on inaccurate odds data caused by third-party data feed errors.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.5 Gambling Risk. All gambling carries inherent financial risk. 3patii does not guarantee that any User will profit from their betting or gaming activity. Users acknowledge this risk and accept full personal responsibility for all bets placed.

All content on the 3patii platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and presentation — is the property of 3patii or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 3patii.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the platform's operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Users are advised to check the platform's licensing information for the applicable jurisdiction. This clause does not override mandatory consumer protection rights that Users may have under the laws of their country of residence.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, subject to any overriding mandatory local laws that may apply in the User's jurisdiction.

3patii reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice — for example, by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.

The version of the Terms in force at the time you placed a bet governs the settlement of that specific bet.
